How do I read glucose tolerance test results?

I failed the 1 hour glucose test but passed the 2 hour. Does this mean that I have gestational diabetes? Please advise as I'm worried.

Yes you have gestational diabetes. They will be asking you to see a specialist and will advise you on how to manage it throughout your pregnancy. For now, cut down on carbo, and stop desserts, sweets and sweet drinks:)
