saya pun sama. 27weeks now.need to sleep sideway baru feel better,kalau tidur lying flat on the back when i wake up i cannot walk for few minutes until i do stretching baru bole jalan slowly. hang in there mommy,do lots of back stretching

saya pun alami benda yang sama. tapi skrg okay dah tak rasa sangat sakit belakang sebab siang hari saya akan duduk atas gym ball dan malam saya akan tidur guna u shape pillow. memang sangat membantu and tak sakit belakang dah 😊
