Mild abdominal cramp

I am just entering 2nd trimester, currently at week 14.. Recently I notice that on and off will have very mild abdominal cramp/pain which last for a few seconds only. Usually happen in the morning. Other than that, I am all good.. Is this common and normal? Any moms experience this?

Might be round ligament pain! FTM here too and I experienced that when I entered 2nd trimester. Usually it gets better I changed position. But do monitor and go to your gynae if you notice anything wrong eg blood in discharge etc!
