Can I eat the white sauce or cheese in Saizeriya ? Ie, pasta , baked rice , gratin, risottoCan I eat

if the cheese is put into oven to bake, i think it's safe to say that its cooked. so should be safe to eat. same with cream, if it's cooked as pasta sauce.
