Can i drink Similac Mum at 1st Trimester

Can i drink similac Mum at my 1st trimester. Doc at the polyclinic advice me to stop drinking the milk but instead just take the Folic Acid. Please advice.

i drank it throughout my pregnancy so no worries to it. its help especially when u dont have the appetite since nausea etc
