Red wine

my personal opinion is that there isn't enough evidence to prove moderate drinking (2 standard glasses a week) is safe or harmful, so I've decided to stay away. i found alcohol free wine on redmart though! I intend to read up on how they define alcohol free and what process was used to attain the "wine".
