Just Mums

Does Milo increases belly fat? I am struggling to reduce my postpartum belly.

I drink milo every morning and night. Its been 1 year after delivery, I am struggling to reduce belly. I am planning my diet and wondering if I should stop drinking Milo.

You should reduce taking Milo intake esp if it is 3 in 1. Change your diet, eat in moderation and exercise according to your preferred ways. Like treadmill, jogging, brisk walk, crunches, sit up, bench press etc. Use waist trainer if possible. Dont rush on making changes, understand your body, do proper calculation of your body mass/body fats, etc in order to change your diet. You can also try intermittent fasting if this helps.
