Frm my first apptment with gynae, he told me to avoid durian. I am not a durian lover so it doesnt really affect me. He only recently told me to take to help gain weight because i did not get heavier since i see him 😂
Coconut water is good for hydration because of the electrolytes! Durian can be eaten but in moderation as durian is a high calorie fruit that can cause baby to gain weight very fast!
Oh i love it! Haha but eat in moderation, i ate like 2 to 3 seeds once in a while only. Now im on 17 weeks and im fine according to doctor. Maybe better ask your doctor first
Yes to both but in moderation, especially durian. The sugar lvl is very high and can cause the baby to gain weight very quickly.. mummy might also get gestational diabetes.
Oh yes, i eat 2 to 3 pieces only just to satisfy the tongue and the doctor says im fine, the baby is fine too. Do not over do

i took coconut water in my last trimester
U may better avoid untill 2nd trimester
