I think I accidentally have too much caffeine today. Should I be worried?

I don't usually have coffee and tea during my pregnancy (only once in a while for bubble tea or starbucks). But today I think I might accidentally exceed the 200mg of caffeine as I had oreo mocha frappe from mcdonald in the morning, and milk tea during late afternoon. Should I be worried, as I hardly have any caffeine ? 😔

Don’t worry. I think your intake is really mild. Unless you drink expresso and multiple cups then I would think it is abit too much. I drink coffee everyday for my first born. 2nd baby I had alot of tea instead. So far all good.

The general consensus is 2 cups of caffeine everyday. and like the other mommy said, it is not like is an expresso anyways. all is well. and 1 day of lapse won't have any effect. 👍🏻
