Me, too. I feel uncomfortable not being on the go as a stay at home mom. But I have learned to just STOP and sit for about 20 mins, or better yet take a power nap even for 10 mins. This really helps for me as I get to think and do better after resting.
Maybe you should try to condition yourself on a different sleeping pattern. As much as possible, try sleeping everyday during the same time and remove stuff near you that might distract you like cellphone, tablets, TV, etc.
