Absent nasal bone meaning

I did my 20 week scan and they told me that the nasal bone is missing which could be a sign of down syndrome. I did the harmony test and there it said I have a lower probability of having that. I am not sure what to do at moment and I'm quite worried. Is there anyone who was in a similar situation? Please let me know. 🙏
