Fetal Hiccups

I am curreny 31 weeks. Recently, i noticed that the baby in my womb has been hiccuping 3-4 times a day. Is this considered normal? Or is there a cause for concern?

Yes, normal. They hiccups alot in the womb and even after they're born. Nothing alarming or have to worry at all.
