My situation was exactly the same a couple of years back! Have you tried looking on MyCareersFuture or LinkedIn and filtering by "part-time" or "remote" — quite a few companies are open to hybrid or WFH arrangements now leh. You can also try posting in some of the WFH mums Facebook groups, they share job leads quite often.

Totally understand the struggle lah, balancing work and family is so real. I'd suggest updating your LinkedIn profile and filtering specifically for "part time" or "remote" roles, as quite a few companies now post those options openly.
