Blackout - giddy spells

This one better not wait, please go see your doctor or A&E now, especially since you almost blacked out just now. Giddiness in pregnancy can happen, but when it gets to the point of seeing stars and nearly fainting, that needs proper checking out straightaway. It could be something simple like low blood pressure or iron levels, but only a doctor can say for sure and make sure you and baby are okay. Don't leave it.
