Hi mum, this can actually happen during pregnancy because the cervix becomes more sensitive and more easily irritated, so a little spotting after intercourse is quite common for some mums. It’s reassuring that you can still feel baby moving, but I would still monitor it closely and see if the bleeding stops and doesn’t increase. If the bleeding becomes heavier, continues for more than a day, or you get cramps or pain, then better to go and check with your gynae or hospital just to be safe. Better to err on the cautious side during pregnancy.
