what helps me is this green drink called barleygreen www.bmlsociety.com works like a miracle and really good for gut microbiomes and encouraging red blood cell production. if I skip this drink in the morning I won't poop
yes it’s normal!! my gynae suggested taking more smaller meals a day, drinking loads of fluid and take probiotics to help with the bloating and constipation.
some people experience bloating and constipation throughout their pregnancy. at the start, could be due to hormones. subsequently could be due to hormones plus baby size squeezing your intestines etc, making it harder to poop well. if needed, can take Duphalac (can get from guardian/watsons) to soften the stool. don’t strain and force the poop out cos it’s not good for the bb! (: jiayou!!
