wet my pants

I am currently 9weeks pregnant. i always have been peeing bit by but whenever i cough or sneeze and sometimes it wet my liners. ive tried raising my leg up. it is really very uncomfortable for me. any pregnant moms face this?

It happened to me with my first. I didnt want to use panty liners because it is very uncomfy for me so i usually bring extra underwear at work. And i put some small cover on my chair just incase

I didn't face this..but you have to try kegel from now on..it will tighten up your pelvic muscles..and it will help you with the problem
