I feel for you, this stage can be really tough and draining. What helped me was eating small frequent meals even if it's just crackers or plain rice, staying hydrated with sips of water or ginger tea throughout the day, and lying down for a bit after eating since sometimes movement makes it worse. Some mums swear by vitamin B6 supplements or ginger, but you should check with your gynae at KKH or polyclinic about what's safe to take and whether the nausea is manageable or if you need extra support. Hang in there, it usually gets better after the first trimester, though I know that doesn't make today any easier.

Hi there smaller meals help, eating rice / banana / dry biscuits esp in the morning. you can consider getting some medication from the Gynae, it helped me a lot in my first pregnancy. I was prescribed diclectin and took it when the nausea was bad. Hope you feel better soon. I couldn’t eat much during 1st tri too, make sure you continue folic acid
