Baby facing up

I am currently 37+4 weeks. Doctor said that my baby is facing up and it is not good for natural birth. Anyone has this experience before ? Anything I can do to help baby to face downwards? 😔😔

Try talking to the baby more. Or you can try downward dog ( but pls check with your gyane first )
