Super dry palm

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant. Lately I have to monitor my blood sugar twice daily. Lately my palms are very dry and no moisturiser seems to be helping. Does anyone experienced this ?

U can try aveeno Dermexa, I have really dry skin but after applying this it gets better a lot.
