Baby movement and feeling?

I am currently 14 weeks . Because i heard my cousin said that since i am very thin, so i can feel the baby movement earlier . But May i know normally when is the baby movement start? And how its feel?

Usually from 20 weeks onwards u should be to feel it, for first time mummy.
