Baby movement and feeling?

I am currently 14 weeks . Because i heard my cousin said that since i am very thin, so i can feel the baby movement earlier . But May i know normally when is the baby movement start? And how its feel?

Sometime around 20 weeks will be clearer to feel. Not necessarily cause thin will feel earlier.
