I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and gynae discovered dermoid cyst 6cm and another dermoid cyst which is 2 cm on my other ovary. Gynae advice to have a surgery in 2 - 3 weeks time to remove it to prevent future rupture. I have also done Harmony test on 11 weeks, gynae said if my blood results is not normal, he will have me terminate the pregnancy by doing abortion and cystecnomy together. I am horrified, has anyone had a dermoid cystecnomy and yet have a healthy pregnancy? I am super worried and have to wait 2 weeks for the blood result. This is my first baby, and I really scared to lose it. 🥺
