Is it okay to rush around or need to slow down?

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. I rush around a lot. I have a toddler so to spare much time at home I rush when I travel to and from work. Like always climbing escalators instead of standing, leaving the seat early and going to door while bus is moving, walking always at my top speed, things like that. Nowadays when I rush, especially while climbing stairs, I feel pain in my lower abdomen. Is it normal or am I harming myself and my baby in anyway? #advice #worried

same experience as you too. I have a toddler and I tend to rush and exert a bit more. and I will get the pain/cramp after rushing. so I constantly remind myself to slow down and take care of the baby in my womb to be fair to the unborn baby too.

I don’t have a toddler but I noticed whenever I rushed I get more discharge which scares me. Then I will always remind myself to slow down. Missing the bus will only add another 10 min wait but I dun wanna be harming my bb.
