I wanted to do during my 1st trimester too but the therapist don't advise and say to do after give birth. I guess to be on safe side better to do after.

Although they put aesthetics, u can still feel abit of pain. Not sure if u are ok with that
I think for pain tolerance wise should be quite okay, more or less worried about the colour pigmentation as people around me mentioned that the colour pigmentation will affect the baby during pregnancy. Not sure how true is that...
