I am concieving for 23weeks now. May kawork akong CI dati sa hospital ang she said "Wag kang lakad ng lakad"... and as I read articles about my trimester, light exercise and walking is the best exercise for swelling legs. Is walking good or bad? Masipag pa man din ako maglakad.
