I was super nauseous during 1st trimester... I ate the indian khichdi and semolina boiled in milk or masala oats ( gives u tangy taste)- can buy from mustafa ... To keep up with nutrition. Just throw in any veggies that u like, carrot, bottlegourd, spinach all roughly chopped etc with rice and daal( moong or masoor) and pressure cook at 3-4 whistles... Iwasnt in a state to cook anything so my husband did it all... These r quick and healthy for u and baby... U will keep the nutrition high for baby... Spinach has folic so great to take in 1st 3months... Fried food is no no for 1st 3months...I am now blessed with a baby girl. Wish you a smooth delivery and healthy baby.

congrats!! yeah forcing myself to chew.. will try to avoid fried food then 😢 been eating a lot

Talk to your gynae about it. Your gynae can give advise or prescribe something and very normal to have cravings even during first trimester because of the hormones and body changes. Don't force yourself. Also need to hydrate yourself. Try to find something to drink besides water like hot sweet drink or non caffeine hot drinks.

just eat everything in moderation. I lost 4kg in my first tri. eating something is better than eating nothing! hot milo and biscuits helped me. friend of mine had mcd fillet so often because its the only food she could stomach during morning sickness. just eat healthier as your pregnancy progresses! you'll get better soon!

I lost 2.5kg first month coz I couldn’t keep anything down either. I’m just grateful if I can keep any food down at this point.

hope the weight has gone up! i can keep it down but i just pick all the unhealthy food 😢 Take care dear!

maybe you can try the milk for pregnant mamas. they have all the nutrients you need.
