Baby reject formula milk and drink packet milk

I am concern that my baby is rejecting formula milk and drink packet milk at 20mth old. Anyone has similar experience?

I think is okay so long he have a balance diet :) u just need to ensure that the milk ingredients list is just 1 ingredients (which is milk only).

why is it a concern? think it’s time to transition fully to whole milk
