I Am Having Cramps Around The Upper Tummy Area

I am close to 21 weeks of pregnancy for my number 2 and is having cramps around my upper tummy and sometimes lower tummy too.. It'll come and go after afew mins and experience this around once or twice a week.. Anyone facing the same problem? I don't remember such cramps during my first one.
