Hi, can i check if anyone menses came back as soon they finish their postpartum bleed & while still breastfeeding? My pp bleed stopped for a couple of days. I did pap smear & noted some blood the day after. Then i continue to bleed & have abdominal cramps & some other menstrual symptoms which i usually have. I thought menses usually delayed when breastfeeding?
