Oof, I feel you, that worried first-time mum feeling is real! Green poop after switching formula is actually pretty common kasi ang tummy ng baby needs time to adjust to the new milk, usually takes 1-2 weeks, pero since it's only been 4 days, I'd give it a few more days pa before making another switch. A couple of my mum friends had the same thing with Nan and it eventually settled, pero honestly if the green poop persists beyond a week or if baby seems uncomfortable or feverish, better check with your pedia na lang para peace of mind, they can rule out any tummy issues at ayusin kung kailangan talaga switch ulit.
