confinement herbal soup

I am buying the 28days confinement herbal soup. But the herbs is only sufficient for 1Litres, is the confinement soup mainly meant for pregnant women? Do i have to factor in a bowl of soup for confinement lady as well ?

The confinement herbal soup only meant for you to recover from giving birth CL will prepare other food for herself.
