I bought obimin . But should I buy and take folic acid 1st. And start obimin at 2nd tri. Or I can just take obimin right away?

Folic acid shd be taken during your first trimester. Then the Obimin in your 2nd & 3rd trimester.. The folic acid is important because it can help prevent some major birth defects of the baby's brain (anencephaly) and spine (spina bifida). Hope this helps!
