Bleeding and spotting

Hi all I believed I have 3 days implantation bleeding (brown spotting) before testing positive at week 4. However following that, I have bleeding in red (not heavy like regular menses) for a day followed by brown and pink spotting the next two days. What is happening to me? My first doc appointment is only going to be two weeks later.
