Constipation

I been having constipation for the past few days. Any tips for this?

you may try consuming probiotics either in pill form (pregnancy safe ones) or natural form like eating yoghurt and fermented food. eat food high in fibre too but at the same time drink plenty of food.

ive always make banana milk shake in morning for the whole 2nd trimester and might be continuing for the 3rd trimester if there's still constipation.

yakult, yogurt drink, prune juice.. most importantly take more fruits like strawberry and blueberry

Chia seeds cereal works wonders for me

If you really need, get Lactulose syrup.

Yakult, dragon fruit helps too. :)

Take prunes… it works for me

water, fruits, veggy, yakult

prune juice or pitted prunes

Orange juice works for me!
