The list of no-no fruits that is listed by my Gynae is pineapple, green banana and coconut. Plus I have never heard of rockmelon as a avoid list for pregnant women. Maybe it’s just “liang” aka cooling. Make sure your body is warm and take warm food if you are worried after eating. 😊

I eat almost 1 slice every other day during 1st trim cos I was constipated. For 2nd trim I eat around 3-4 slice a week. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and doctor say I’m doing fine. Jus don’t consume too much a day I believe is fine.
