Asthma and cold relief

I am asthmatic and have been having asthma for about 2-3 weeks. I read that honey is a good remedy for asthma. Initially I ate honey for 3 days in the morning and at night. I began to feel better. However, I then found out I'm pregnant. If I'm 5 weeks pregnant, is it safe to continue eating honey? If so, what specific ones as I'm not sure if the honey that I'm eating is pasteurized or raw. And I'm starting to have blocked nose. I read that it comes with the first few weeks of pregnancy. What can I eat to help me with this? I am currently using breathe easy patch and breathe right patch to help me breathe. As this is my first pregnancy, I'm not sure if these are okay for me.

Got a bun in the oven

I have asthmatic too. this is my 1st pregnancy and 5weeks pregnant. From what I know honey is OK to consume but is best if you are unsure, you can ask the doctor advice. And yes I have blocked nose almost everyday but now it has lessen. I guess eat more vegetable and fruits so your immune system will be much better.
