I don't stop until I'm about to deliver 😅 that's when the ambulance picked me up outside the mall. I was 36 weeks plus, almost 37 weeks.
It is recommended to stay at home once you're 36 weeks. I started to slowly dilate at 36 weeks.
Once you're 37 weeks, you are considered full term and the baby can come out anytime
