hi Chloe,dunt' take cool drink.no alcohol no papaya.pineapple and watermelon as well .can drink more milk and soya and fruits...good for baby skin .eat salmon fish once a week if ok with the Smell .take care

Hi Chloe, try to avoid gassy drinks/cold drinks, sushi especially raw food not too much of caffeine lastly need to control your sugar intake as well ☺️

Hi Chloe, In general, avoid alcohol, caffeine and certain raw foods. Some would avoid pineapple and some herbs too. Take care!

my doctor only adviced me to avoid pineapple and raw foods

Better to avoid raw foods (sushi) and high mercury fish.
