Honestly, arabin pessary is inserted specifically because of cervical length concerns, so yes, your doctor will still monitor it, but that's actually a good thing, means they're tracking whether the pessary is doing its job! I'd definitely ask your doctor at your next scan what they expect the cervical length to be with the pessary in place, sebab different mums get different measurements depending on how it's positioned, and honestly it can be stressful not knowing if shorter is "normal now" or "still a worry."
