Yes mummies it is advisable to do at least 180 mins of physical activities per wk to promote blood circulation. Walking 30 mins a day is a good choice according to my dietician but don't over do it if u are tired take a rest. Do it at your own pace. I'm at my 33 wks plus, attended the atenatal course. The physiotherapy mentioned it's to build your stamina. You will need it during your labour later.
I was packing and throwing stuff at my dad's place during my late third trimester. Only stopped around wk 36/37? Where i stopped walking back n fro from my home to his place. I wasnt feeling discomfort or breathless then hence i did it. Im currently at 39 wks 1 day :)
