Brisk walking /moving around
I am approaching 3rd trimester soon. Normally I go for grocery shopping or walking around mall,roughly 1 hr. I try to brisk walk maybe 30mins. Will it be suitable when approaching 3rd trimester?
Yes mummies it is advisable to do at least 180 mins of physical activities per wk to promote blood circulation. Walking 30 mins a day is a good choice according to my dietician but don't over do it if u are tired take a rest. Do it at your own pace. I'm at my 33 wks plus, attended the atenatal course. The physiotherapy mentioned it's to build your stamina. You will need it during your labour later.
Read moreI was packing and throwing stuff at my dad's place during my late third trimester. Only stopped around wk 36/37? Where i stopped walking back n fro from my home to his place. I wasnt feeling discomfort or breathless then hence i did it. Im currently at 39 wks 1 day :)
