Can I apply for fas for my kid primary school as I'm a single parent working just freelance? So that she can get free books and uniforms from the school cos that's what I read on the pamphlet.

Yes, as long as your child is a Singapore citizen. Apply for whatever you can. Any support from the government/school is always good and useful:)
