I am considering a flu vaccine.. Anyone has taken it? Is it safe? Any side effects?

I took my flu shot when I was about 5 months pregnant and was given the all clear by my gynae. I didn't feel any difference except that I was a little more tired than usual. However my friend fell sick the next day after she took it when she was about 4+ months pregnant.

i had my 1st flu vaccine on my 1st month pregnancy. on 6th month my gynae told me to take again. so i've taken 2 jabs. no side effects. so far all is good.
