I am 5 months pregnant and currently on probation on my new job. I just received a letter from my employer that I am terminated and they will not be confirming me. They gave reasons that I did not meet up to expectations. What should I do? Can I still claim for my maternity benefits?

I am sorry to hear about your situation. Since you did not pass your probation, you are unable to enjoy maternity benefits (4 months leave) as you are no longer their employee.
