Lmp and scan different in a weird way

I always heard about lmp and scan time, age difference. But i never heard the opposite. If count from my lmp. Im 4 weeks 3 days today. But scan.. im 5 weeks. Why so weird.

because it’s hard to determine the exact ovulation and fertilisation date. usually based on best estimation by gynae. it’s just few days difference, any reason you are worried?..

im not worried. im just finding it funny. n wondering anyone did the same.
