i know just how u feel.i too have the same symptoms which i just gave in. i ended up with gaining 5kg in 2weeks on my 20th week and 6kg in 1month on my 28thweek.and now i am trying to control what i eat. u definitely need to have self control unless u want to end up like me.😅 i realize i eat when i get bored. my advice is maybe try drinking water everytime u feel that hungry urge.

try to eat small portion but regularly. its can avoid you from too full each time you eat.
