Light spotting and blood clot

I am 5 weeks pregnant and experienced light brown spotting & small blood clot later on. Is this normal? Should i be concerned? Any cheap gynae recommendations in singapore?

pls go A&E to check asap. blood clot is not normal. could be sign of miscarriage.
