33 weeks and Ms V is sore and breatheless

I am on 33 weeks and feeling soreness on my Ms V and whenever I lay down flat, I will feel breatheless

I’m gg to 31 weeks now and I already felt breathless about 1 month back whenever I lie down on my back to use phone. Wld be good to lie on your left side with a pillow
