Weight gain for fetus with GD mum

Hi, I am 29.5 weeks pregnant with GD diagnosed recently. Got to watch my diet but baby is underweight at 1.12kg while gynae said should be somewhere 1.5kg. Any tips to help fetus grow in shortest time while watching my diet? The potential risk of an underweight fetus is worrying me. Any tips are welcome. Thank you!
